Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least three salon working days notice (Tuesday to Saturday)
*For any appointment made, we require a non refundable booking fee, this will then be deducted from your total bill. Alternatively, If you would like to rebook again with us, we require to hold the booking fee for your future appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than three salon working days (Tuesday to Saturday) will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be the booking fee taken at the time of booking. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a booking fee to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged from the deposit.
